Project Manager
Oversaw the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while aligning team efforts and managing resources.
As the creative lead on this project, I coordinated a photoshoot for a leading bento lunchbox brand aiming to elevate their visual identity and reverse a 10% year-over-year decline in sales.
Once a leader in their field, they were quickly losing market share to low-cost competitors that were gaining ground. Their existing product imagery no longer resonated with modern consumers and failed to reflect the quality and versatility of their lunchboxes.
My role included end-to-end coordination — from initial client meetings to final asset delivery. I prepared the creative brief, aligning visual goals with the brand’s identity, and supported the shoot virtually to ensure execution stayed on strategy and budget. I also reviewed the final deliverables to confirm they met both brand and quality expectations across ecommerce, graphics, and social platforms.
The final shoot featured a mix of clean, close-up product shots that highlighted key features and vibrant lifestyle scenes, showcasing the product in use and helping to position the brand as both functional and fun. The visuals also allow easy manipulation in post, saving the client thousands in photography costs.
